As part of preparation for the implementation phase, which will begin in December 2017, the "In Dialogue" project team established contacts with the Marshal Offices. During the meetings with the representatives of the Offices, the inDialogue software was presented, along with the conditions of joining the implementation phase and the possibilities of further development of the platform.

On May 25, 2017 at the University of Warsaw, at the Kazimierzowski Palace, a dedicated information meeting was held for the representatives of the Marshal Offices and the Municipality Offices. The meeting was attended by 54 people, including the representatives of the Ministry of Development.

The meeting was opened by prof. Sławomir Łodziński, the Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology at the University of Warsaw. He welcomed the participants and emphasised the importance of cooperation between the university and the public administration, pointing to the potential of the "In Dialogue" project in establishing such effective cooperation. Dr Tomasz Potkański, Deputy Director of the Office of the Association of Polish Cities, pointed out the usefulness of the software in not only in the process of social consultations, but also in the improvement of communication between local and regional authorities, as well as within municipal offices. Then, Dr Anna Przybylska presented the basic assumptions behind the social consultation platform and discussed the key features of the software, including how the use of the inDialogue platform enables more effective planning and organisation of public consultation.

After the lunch break, the participants took part in workshops conducted by Dr Marta Kołodziejska. The participants were asked to perform several tasks, which the clerk performs on the platform when planning and organising the consultations. Those included adding the main questions, setting the participants' selection criteria, planning the debate, and moderating the text debate on the platform. Bartosz Stępień participated in the workshop and provided information on the accessibility features of the platform and its compliance with the WCAG 2.0 standard.

During the workshop, comments and suggestions on the functionality of the platform were also collected, which will be included in subsequent stages of software development.

The meeting ended at 15:00.
